Simply the BEST.
Seriously…. this Peanut Butter Fudge is THE. BEST.
And I wish I could take credit for it… but, alas, it’s not my recipe… just one that I love to use and wanted to share with you.
It makes a wonderful, unexpected treat to share at a gathering.
It’s a terrific gift for a host or hostess.
Aaaannnd….. It’s a fabulous Christmas “food gift” that won’t break the bank!
Maybe it’s the collision of buttery peanut butter and sweetness on your taste buds making them extremely happy. Maybe it’s how incredibly simple this recipe is to make…. like, no-brainer can’t-be-messed-up kind of simple. Maybe it’s price-factor… just FOUR ingredients so it’s super cheap to make! Maybe it’s how cute the little squares look cut out of the papa square. teeheehee. Maybe it has something to do with the the fact that it melts in your mouth in a way that makes you want to close your eyes for just a moment.
A photo of caramels wrapped like this caught my attention recently. Although I usually just portion this fudge out into quarters and wrap the rectangles up all pretty (very cute & easy too!)… I loved the idea of individually wrapped FUDGE-tasticness!!
How cute are they??!
I wrapped most of them up for their photo shoot but ended up unwrapping several right afterwards to snack on.
My kids helped with said snacking of course. Ahem.
Yeah. Whatever the reason…. this fudge is PHENOMENAL. AWESOME. THE BEST!!!
If I had never discovered the recipe…. a small piece of my heart would be forever missing.
But I DID discover it. And I’m sharing it!!
You’re welcome 😉
